My family suddenly expanded, so I knew my home needed to as well. We went and looked at another of Sharni's listing and expressed to her that it was way too small. Sharni doesn't stop there though. She mentioned to us a property that was currently off market and that the owners needed to make some decisions. She advised that if we wanted space it was big. We requested a viewing and fell in love with it immediately, and put an offer that day. Sharni had hit the nail on the head and we were exstatic. Sharni suggested that we repaint the exterior of the house, which we did. In all other respects she was very complimentary and recommended a sale price which met our expectations. The house sold one week after the board went up for a price higher than we anticipated. She also assisted us in closing a deal on our new house - again for a price that we were happy with.
