Professional, friendly and efficient.
Jo recently sold our property in Pioneer Bay within the first 10 days of it being on the market. The process was made easy with everything being organised via email and Jo was always happy to assist us with communication with the rental agent, tenants and trades people. I'd highly recommend Jo for anyone selling in the area.

If you want a young up to date agent and completely hassle free experience Sharni is your agent! I’d honestly recommend her to anyone her communication through everything was great 24/7. And she got us more for our first place than we thought!

Remarkable
Jo is quite possibly one of the most remarkably talented Estate Agents that I have ever encountered. And in a sea of absolute sharks she is trustworthy, genuine, kind and relatable above all else. Her talent aside, she was refreshing and passionate about working with us on the sale of our home, and worked extremely hard to ensure a favourable outcome for our family. She communicated openly and candidly throughout the process - never one to mince her words - but always gave us the space, knowledge, and tools to make an informed decision in our own time throughout the journey. We have been fortunate throughout this process to surround ourselves with genuinely wonderful human beings who have made this transition as seamless and confident as possible, and that all started with Jo (who was refreshingly honest, kind, and I think fell in love with our home the minute she walked through the purple front door). Agent saves day
I had my property on the market for over a year. I decided to change agents. Joanne came in and we put a whole new plan together. Including things I could do to enhance my chances. She was very professional but had a warm sense of humour. She kept in touch and updated me constantly. I would rate her 5/5.
