This was the first property we sold through Josh, He was aware of our sensitive situation and worked with us at our pace until our home was ready for sale. While my wife and I were preparing our house josh was doing his research and had the right level of buyer who bought the house within a few days of it going on the market. It was with this the way he conducted from start to finish that when it was time to sell my fathers house we didn’t even look anywhere else and he once again rose above the rest. The only downfall is we live in another state and when the time comes again we’d love Josh to handle our property again. Highly recommend
