I have used other Barry Plant agencies prior to engaging Ashley at Lilydaleir . The Barry Plant organisation seems to work to a very effective and seamless system and Ashley exemplified this with his organisation, local knowledge and professionalism. The sale of our property was executed promptly, without fuss, and with minimum inconvenience. The price We obtained was a tad below our expectations but in fairness that is probably a fair reflection of the current market.

I found Josh to be an extremely honest person right from our first meeting, when he told me, if you are not 100% ready to sell, don't sell. When I was ready some 12 months later, the advice josh offered was invaluable.
