Josh is an experienced agent, he really knows the market. He understands what will achieve a sale, and what is not necessary. We respect him for many reasons. He won't tell you your property is worth more than it is, just to get your sale. He is honest, realistic and has integrity. He genuinely cares about people. He makes the intimate and stressful process of selling your house much easier because he takes care of everything and supports you through every stage. He makes you feel comfortable. We highly recommend Josh, and wouldn't list a property with anyone else.

BEST AGENT EVER
Josh was the ultimate professional! He was an excellent communicator through the whole process and always happy to provide different option for us to consider. Josh a people person and great at building strong relationships with both vendor and purchaser. The trust we had in Josh was well placed and we have gone on to recommend him several times to friend and family. We interviewed over 20 agents to sell our house and Josh was the absolute standout. Signing with Josh was the best decision we could make when it came to selling our house.

Excellent Agent
Josh made us feel we were in good hands,he was all ways available to answer any questions. We found the advice he gave when we preparing the property for sale was helpfull and in the final result proved to be the correct advise. Sensational Agent!
Selling a house can be a stressful time for most - but not in our case! Josh Stokes from Barry Plant Lilydale, was BRILLIANT! Josh was realistic with the valuation of our house, and we were very very happy with the end sales result. The result was better than we could have hoped for! Josh has always been prompt, reliable and honest. The lines of communication were always open, and Josh was always easy to contact. Josh would always return calls in prompt manner, when required.
