we were looking for an investment property initally and then gift that house to our daughter ( who will be getting married next year end ) . Family freinds of ours had bought a house in Viewbank and were very happy with the suburb and the school . When this property came up for sale in front of the reserve , close to school and all amenties . Beautifully renevoted inside. we liked the house . Renato was very helpful , his knowledge about the area was really good. He delt with us professioanlly . After the auction we met up with the vendor who requested 100 days settlement , we were fine & not in a hurry . Happy we could get a place which our daughter liked & Renato made it happen.

One of the more difficult and complicated undertakings most people have to deal with at some point in their lives is to find a place to live, and often later trade up or down to new residential situations. It is heartening to find a real estate agent who manages the whole process and facilitates a process most people would find rather daunting.
