Renato is a very pleasant and likable person. His local knowledge of the area is excellent and he genuinely has a passion for houses in the Rosanna area having lived most of his life in surrounding suburbs. We agreed on a realistic sale price for our house and Renato continued to strive for that price, he never tried to convince me to take a lower price just to get a quick sale. We did eventually sell for slightly less, but that was by mutual agreement and I was never pressured to sell lower. I would highly recommend Renato to anyone selling in the Rosanna area, he works hard to achieve the best result for the vendor.
