Great purchase

An Agent mean what they do!
I have watch a few auction and a few property that they sold in and around Melton, Vic. during my visitor every 3-6mths every years, the sales team are great and they go to the length to show us even when it's dark. Not many agent I have in my past 37yrs as a developer and a investor. I still recommon till now to all my friends, associated in interstate and oversea to only see Melton, Barry Plant R/E. They (Ned and his team) will go to the length to get what you want and better. I still have several other agent in and around melton & melbourne and I was so surprise that Ned, from Barry Plant Real Estate, not only said to me but he also written it down and tell me if he don't do what to my expectation, than he would not even charge me at all. AND when I give the authorise to sell one of my property, he sold it within 2 week and the price that I was so surprise that he even get it more that I expect. I have other agent also sold a property at Melton one before Barry Plant had sold and it take months before I can even sell them. But what Barry Plant R/E, Melton had done. I will give him more to sell or buy from him. I just want to said to them. They mean what they said and do better than we expect from Ned and his team. Fantastic Agent!
When I had my dealings with Ned, he was nothing but professional, very quick at getting the job done from the get go. He works at his best and more and does nothing but try and get the best result for you as a client. As for myself, he delivered what he promised and I recommend that if you want a great agent to sell your home, then Ned's your man. Would have him sell a property for me again.
