Had a Great experience
Just wanted to say thank you Ned for all your help, we always felt very comfortable and you were always very approachable with any questions that we had. Exceptional
After looking for a house for 2+years. And having a good knowledge as to the market and its trends. It was a great experience to purchase my house through Ned and his team at Barry Plant. The service and the speed in which the service was delivered was outstanding. In real estate when purchasing, 1 minute can make the difference between you winning the sale of the house or someone else beating you to it. From when i first placed my offer to options being put on the table was a very short time, simply because of follow up and A+ customer service. I would like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Ned and the team at Barry Plant for helping me through this important decision and stage in my life, it is a personal service you deliver and it is important to treat people the way they want to be treated, and i can honestly say Barry Plant delivered it in a way that was above and beyond all expectations. Pleasure to deal with
Ned was a great agent to deal with through the purchasing of my property. There was great communication between myself and Ned and flexibility to meet me outside normal business hours due to work commitments. When I’m ready to sell or buy another property in the future, I’ll be looking to use Ned again. Highly recommended.

What a great agent
I had the pleasure of dealing with Ned whilst purchasing my home. Right from the beginning he was open about everything I needed to know and it was clear that not only was he there to help the vendor he was also there to help the buyer. He made everything crystal clear and was very transparent and I felt like I could trust Ned. He supported me in achieving a great price for me and the vendor and I could not be happier. If I ever decide to sell a home I would look no further than Ned. Even after the contracts were done and awaiting settlement he was happy to answer questions or meet me at the property if I needed to measure something or show the home to my family. He is truly a great agent and his commitment shows through his professionalism.
