Ned is the most outstanding sales executive i have worked with in over 30 years of buying and selling real estate. ( over 10 properties) ned's number 1 characteristic is his honesty. He tells you how it is without fear and at all times communicates his thoughts in a clear methodical and straightforward manner. This was a difficult property, as we had a tenant in it before. It involved a few changes to the property. and a timing issue in marketing the property. Ned was very helpful in all areas of planing the marketing of the property. Very Pleased with the outcome.
