Jay is an extremely good communicator. He dealt with all aspects of the negotiations professionally and quickly. He was also instrumental in helping me secure another property at a competitive price. Noteworthy, he was realistic about the price which I found was not always the case with some agents. It meant we were both on the same "page" when it came to pricing the house and consequently we secured a buyer very quickly.

Loosing a loved one specially both your parents at a young age is the hardest heartbreaks to ever experience; Then having to sell there estate Is stressful. We were very impressed that Ashlee saw the house as a family home and not as a show home. This made it less stressful when preparing the house for sale. Tony did as he said , which was to bring the buyers to my property. I spent months prepping the property for sale & it was immaculately presented. (You, the owner have to work diligently to present the property that is not the Agents job.) All for nothing if an Agent can't bring people through it.
