Jay and Lisa were warm and friendly from the very beginning and that really got through to us when we were looking for help to sell our first home. They made us feel comfortable throughout our campaign, gave helpful suggestions to increase our property’s appeal and kept us informed regularly through calls and catch ups. It was a little difficult for them with our property but that made them work even harder to get people in for extra private inspections and make frequent call backs to buyers. They are very big on communication with both buyers and sellers, which is very important. They kept us informed at every step and regularly discussed the progress of the campaign and next steps. On auction day, they helped us make a decision based on the bidding environment outside, we took the risk and it paid off with their team putting in tremendous effort, specially in the end to bring the bidding up further after hitting the reserve. We are really glad we went with them for our campaign. No better choice!

I had seen Lisa and Jay at various auctions before I purchased my home. When it came to selling one, they were my first choice, and they proved my decision to be the best one by selling my home way beyond the expected price. With their local market knowledge and superior selling record, they constantly guided me well from the start of the campaign to the auction day. They were professional and punctual with every open day and brought about 50 groups during the campaign. Jay even arranged special visits for a few prospective buyers. They constantly kept me updated with the recent selling and how it may impact my home. They gave many tips that we mutually discussed and agreed upon. Before the auction, they prepared my mind and intelligently formulated the strategy considering all possible outcomes. Even on a rainy auction day, the turnout was great and they managed to sell over 10% of the maximum expectation of mine.
