The agent is very accommodating. The application to lease the property was quick, it only took 2 days to complete the application and the agent is very helpful and responsive for all the questions and clarification we had.

We received response to our application quickly after we submitted our application. Great customer service from agent Art who explained everything in great detail while handing over the key and also paid us a visit and solved our problem of hot water. Overall great problem solving and attention to detail.

Excellent staff, very helpful, very accurate in their advice, very good tradesmen doing a excellent job at a reasonable price. We had experience with other agencies but they were not good with their advice or suggestions. I have been with Barry Plant for more than 10 years now and there is a lot of happiness with how they deal with me and my family members and even our tenants. I wish Barry Plant all the best for the service they have been providing to me and the community and may they continue to prosper and do extremely well in their business.

Our property manager Art Bacanto is an excellent person with deep understanding about real estate and a market situation. He is a very good problem solver with right decision. Helping both parties to get their best possible results with win - win situations. He is responsible, reliable and capable of handling situations well. He takes good care of his property given by providers. He is a very good negotiator with his clients. Undoubtedly a lovely & friendly person with great understanding of human nature. He doesn’t lose his temper or anything like that in adverse circumstances. One the best managers I have seen in my life. I am sure he will be keep providing best management services to both the parties . I wish him the very best wishes and good health so he can continue on his career. Best wishes. Thanks again.
