For over 30 years, multi award winning Barry Plant has been a household name in the City of Greater Dandenong. Thriving throughout the 90s as Elders Real Estate and joining the Barry Plant franchise in 1998 they transitioned from a small agency to market leaders in the area. The company has come full circle as many years ago they owned multiple offices throughout the region. They sold these offices after some time, however over the years they have slowly re-opened or acquired them to grow the business through this great area. Together, directors Tim Stickley & Chee-ky Dunlop have improves systems, developed a strong and successful team, and allowed the business to grow significantly to operate three high traffic offices: 390 Princes Hwy, Noble Park (Sales & Rental Office) 1/320 Cheltenham Rd, Keysborough (Sales Office) Level 2, 2-8 Langhorne St, Dandenong (Sales Office) Since its early beginnings of 8 staff, the Barry Plant family has now grown to over 30 staff, been named Office of the Year in both 2008 and 2010 and won numerous sales, property management and administration awards. Dedicated & efficient property manager

I had the pleasure of having Casee Heath as the property manager for the home we previously rented in Keysborough. She was consistently supportive, professional, and responsive in all our communications. Casee always addressed our concerns promptly and ensured clear follow-up with both the landlord and tradespeople whenever repairs or maintenance were required. Her proactive approach made a big difference, as she worked hard to ensure our needs were met and the property was well maintained. I truly appreciated her reliability and commitment, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and efficient property manager.
