As suggested we had a 4 week campaign to sell our property at Auction. The property was sold at Auction due to the hard work from Tim and his team particularly Daniel they both encountered friction from the tenants who were our reason for the sale. Both Tim & Daniel were both extremely professional in the way they went about the whole ordeal. We believe the property sold for a better then expected price specially in the condition it was in and still with the current tenants to contend with.
