I started the process of looking for an agent in late June 2024. Tim came to do an appraisal with his assistant. He was extremely knowledgeable on the local market and recent sales in Endeavour Hills. Tim worked on a strategy for the sale of my home which was a success my house was sold after 4 weeks on the market and multiple offers. I was extremely comfortable working with Tim and his team at Barry Plant. The process was stressful for me as I was selling for the very first time, the home that I loved but I felt at ease knowing Barry Plant had the best intentions for me the Client. We had a great experience selling our property through Barry Plant, Noble Park. Due to a few moving parts, we worked with Sohail, Abby and Tim to sell our townhouse in Dandenong. I always found their communication to be friendly, positive and constructive. It was a pleasure working with their team and we felt we were in safe hands throughout the sale process. We were keen to get the property on the market quickly and Sohail managed to organise everything very promptly. We had loads of interest in the property and Abby was able to get us across the line to achieve a great final price. We were really happy with the outcome. We also appreciated the hard work by Abby to finalise the sale and organise trades to fix some minor issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tim and his team. They are honest, down to earth sales people while also being very professional and reliable. We never felt pressured by them, yet they were enthusiastic and confident in managing the sale process.
