Amanda went above and beyond to ensure my property was ready for sale. Her follow up and advise was priceless. It's all the little things which made all the difference. With her guidance my property was listed and sold within three days. Amanda's dedication and commitment to ensuring she capitalises the marketing and sale of your property is second to none. If I was ever in the position to sell another property Amanda will be my first and only point of contact.

To sell my house for the amount I was after in 9 days in a slow market is outstanding. Especially when there are neighbouring houses that haven't sold in over 2 months, it just shows that Matt really knows his stuff. Thanks for the great result Matt.
