Recently we purchased a house in Pakenham through Matt in Barry Plant. Matt and his team are helpful. Whenever we had queries, they answered quickly and promptly. Their knowledge of the Pakenham areas and customer services were great. Our communication was always smooth. We were happy with the results of our purchase. We highly recommended Matt and his team.

From the very first inspection, Jasmine was very professional and great to deal with. She is very quick at responding any queries either by phone or emails. She is very helpful with the request we have made such as a quote for lighting, vendor related and even organizing extra property inspection at a very short notice. We trust Jasmine and satisfied with her service. We look forward to deal with her again next time.

Buying a home is a huge financial decision and for me an even more huge emotional factor. Homes are about families love and security. Jasmine you understood the importance of my purchase and I thank you for that. Jasmine you have been, efficient, easy to communicate with and made buying my future home ( post 12 months rental ) a great experience. So happy, Kerrie .

I couldnt recommend Jasmine Ali and the crew at Barry Plant more highly. Jasmine in particular was professional in her approach, work ethic and very dedicated in the cause of selling my property. Her communication skills were second to none, and always returns calls in a timely fashion. Jasmine was happy to work all hours and at any hour to achieve a positive outcome for the client and for her company. Havnt seen such a hard working, dedicated individual such as herself in a while. Id like to take the opportunuty to thank Jasmine and staff directly for their professionalism and positive experience. I recomment her highly and would be more than happy to conduct business with her again. I would suggest she be promoted or at least given a pay rise. She is truly an asset to the organisation. Kind regards Luke. C

Jasmine went out of her way to show me through the property on a Sunday, I missed the open home on Saturday. You are immediately as ease because she is so friendly. She explained everything in detail as we are interstate buyers. I've never bought a property on first sight, it was scary as my husband wasn't there to help make the decision. By the time the contract was written up and signed I did feel confident that all would be ok. Nothing was to much trouble for Jasmine, I asked a lot of questions . Jasmine has stayed in contact to ensure that all is moving along as it should. The only disappointment was we couldn't get a 30 day settlement. I highly recommend Jasmine Ali to any prospective home buyer or vendor she is extremely efficent and knowlegeable.

Jason & I cannot thank Matt & Jasmine enough for all their help and professionalism. They both went out of their way to ensure we had a quick and profitable sale. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We have dealt with Matt previously with our last property (both sale and rental). We highly recommend and will continue to deal with Matt & Jasmine in the future. We can't thank you both enough. Tammy & Jason Watt 12 Lavender Avenue, Pakenham

Alan and I would like to congratulate Jasmine on her Market knowledge. Her communication skills are perfect. Jasmine has done a lot of work with the builder of our property with getting paper work signed which was not an easy task with the builder. Also helping us when the builder had put the wrong slab on our block. The builder said they could no longer us the front style of our house in the estate but had not contacted Matt, Jasmine or us about this large problem. Matt you must be proud to have Jasmine as your staff member . Regards Eileen Hinks
