Matt and his team came recommended by a friend as we were not familiar with local agents. The local sales process was unfamiliar to us however Matt put our minds at ease from the beginning taking a lead role in both the marketing and negotiation stages. Matt secured a price well above our reserve and within 2 weeks of the property being listed. Our mother, who had recently lost her husband of 48 years was treated with dignity and respect and they made this process effortless. Having previously had many poor experiences with Melbourne agents it was refreshing to receive some bright and localised customer service.
