I first got to know Greg when I was looking to buy a property in Cowes twelve years ago. Greg was able to direct me to a fantastic block of land in the fairly new Seagrove Estate, which I ended up buying through Greg. Unfortunately when I put my house on the market higher interest rates and land tax changes had kicked in, making everything more challenging. Greg was very diligent and continued to have open houses every weekend for me, and eventually we sold to a lovely young couple who are a perfect fit for my beautiful home.
