Michael is the Rental Department Manager, leading a team of five property managers and ensuring high-quality service for landlords and tenants. With over 10 years of industry experience and as a property investor himself he understands first-hand what it takes to effectively manage and maximise the returns on investment properties. Born and raised in the Northern suburbs, Michael possesses an in-depth understanding of the local market, providing valuable insights to his clients. He is dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional property management solutions with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with friends and family, dining out, and enjoying weekends away.

Tammy is a very experienced member of the Barry Plant Reservoir team and has been with the Barry Plant group since 2013. Coming from a strong background in customer service and having been a proud resident of the Northern Suburbs for 37 years, Tammy is very knowledgeable of the area and is a hardworking, dedicated Senior property Manager who enjoys meeting new people and rising to the challenges her office puts before her. Tammy believes that her work ethic is the reason she delivers and gets the results she does and says you should always treat every rental property as if it was your own. When asked why she enjoys property management, Tammy answers “Knowing my work makes a change in someone's life makes me smile every day and makes me proud to be in this industry no matter how many challenges are thrown at me". Tammy’s greatest achievement thus far is being awarded ‘’Property Manager Of The Year’’ in 2019 within the whole Barry Plant Group. Outside of work Tammy enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and keeping fit and healthy in the gym. With nineteen years Real Estate Experience, Diane began her career with the Barry Plant Group as a part time receptionist at the Taylors Lakes office. Working within a network of five Barry Plant offices, Diane joined our Reservoir office as a full time Receptionist in 2005 and has been an asset and valuable member of the Reservoir team ever since. Climbing the ranks, Diane’s enthusiasm and commitment to her career drove her to bigger and better things, completing her Real Estate Agent Representative course and joining the dynamic team of three in the Reservoir Rental Department in 2008. Returning from Maternity leave in 2014, Diane re-joined our office as Office Manager. With years of experience now under her belt and registered as a certified REIV member, Diane loved her challenging role as a manager and her hard work, honesty and devotion to succeed will ensure our clients are in good hands. Having lived locally for several years, Diane has an excellent knowledge of the area and is well known in the Reservoir community. Diane is reliable and conscientious and strives to maintain long-term relationships with clients and staff alike, ensuring both are always dealt with in a professional manner. In 2018, Diane’s passion for rentals drove her to make the decision to re-join the Rental Department, taking on the role as Senior Portfolio Manager of the Reservoir office. Working within a team of six, her enthusiastic manner and the hard-working nature ensures that both her clients and colleagues alike can always turn to her for professional advice and support. In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, shopping and socialising with friends.
