Selling our development site with plans and permits due to other commitments, Harry accessed his extensive data base of builders and developers which he has amassed over the 35 years he has serviced the Reservoir area. I doubt anyone has the reach and in depth knowledge of the builders and developers Harry has , complemented by an excellent knowledge of values and buyer preferences. On auction day we had very competitive bidding and a result that exceeded our expectations.
