Under extreme difficult circumstances with covid Adrian did a amazing job for his vendor.. was also very helpful with keeping us up to date with the situation on the property. Very happy buyer and highly recommend Adrian selling your property. Angelo and pia pane.

Harry was most helpful, and a true professional in his environment. I was most satisfied with how he kept me updated all throughout the process of selling an old family home. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he often went out of his way to assist me.

Not enjoyable - felt dismissed
First home buyer, was assured of things in the contract then when it came time to settlement none of these things had occurred. Would delay answering phone calls. Delayed final inspection until 2 days beforehand when the property still had poo stains in the toilet. Was told this would be rectified, didn't happen so got the keys to a completely dirty property. Felt completely dismissed and talked down to for the process. Was told things would be fixed pre-settlement but none of these fixes happened. If you are a young buyer or first home buyer I would not recommend Harry at all.

Very please with Harry. Knows the market extremely well and managed the sale and auction process despite all the lock-downs and restrictions. End outcome for us was tremendous.

Great Experience - First Home Buyer
Purchasing my first home through Ross was a great decision. Ross made the whole process very smooth and easy from pre inspections and auction through to final inspection and settlement. The auction itself, of which Ross was the auctioneer, was one of the best I hadve attended, even though it was raining... It was well run and straight to the point (not fake and pushy like most other auctions). This was evident of Barry Plant Reservoir as well. They let purchasers act of their own accord, which provides comfort for purchasers, and most likely yields better results for vendors. Ross always made time available and provided prompt responses to my many questions. I would highly recommend Ross. He is very personable and professional.
