Consumate Professional
Being based in Melbourne, it was really important to trust my agent to manage the sale of my Rosebud property. From the first meeting, (which he drove to Melbourne for) Paul was detailed in his knowledge of the market and how my campaign would run and, importantly, respectful of other agents in the area. He provided a list of clients to contact as part of my due diligence and comparative sales. Everyone I spoke to gave glowing accounts. Once appointed, I received regular contact. Updates were provided after every inspection and I received a weekly written report. On the day of auction, he was well organised, calm, respectful and, as always, up front. The result I got was beyond my expectations. I was thrilled. Paul and his team are professional, honest and work extremely hard to get the best result for their client. Listing my property with Paul made, what can often be a stressful and upsetting experience, one of the more enjoyable experiences I've had when selling a property.

Proactive and energetic

Great Agent
I would like to commend Craig and his team on providing us with an exceptional experience during the sale of our block of land. Craig showed immense knowledge of what was currently happening within the Dromana area, informed us of our hits and saves on the internet, made meetings with us on a weekly basis to discuss how we were progressing. The last meeting we had he gave us full detail of what was to happen during the auction and what to kind of expect. Under the stress of the neighbour Craig still managed to deal with this and keep us calm at the same time. Thanks Barry Plant and Craig for making this process easy, care free and very relaxing when at times we were quite under stress.
