He was always welcoming and took the time to understand my requirements. He knew my reasons for not putting my home on the market and did not pressure me. On a number of occasions I had also observed Paul as an auctioneer and was fully confident in his abilities. It is with that background that I appointed Paul. My expectations were exceeded. This was from initial meeting to marketing, regular feedback and taking on board any questions I had as well as the auction itself. He demonstrates a genuine concern for his clients and provided timely feedback regarding clients' visits to the property. His marketing campaign was flawless and proved to be highly successful. I cannot speak highly enough of Paul. Paul was an excellent auctioneer. He obviously did a lot a background work to ensure that there would be bidders and knew the background of each. It was certainly a professional job. Apart from his individual input, I observed how well, he and his co-worker Tullie Roberts worked so well together. Theirs is a real partnership that demonstrates the essence of working as a team. I never felt as if one or the other were not conversant with my sale.
