My mum moved into aged care. Paul was enlisted to sell her house. This was a delicate situation as I was involved too, to make sure that all went smoothly and yet all decisons were hers as the vendor. Paul worked well with both of us. After going to a number of Auctions and open homes, Paul stood out to us as the most approachable and professional agent we had met, and therefore chose him as our agent. From the time we put our house on the market, Paul's advice, effort and service was fantastic.
