Born and brought up in the Western suburbs and after attending Local Schools and participating in various sporting and leisure clubs, David is a very familiar face in the community. “I believe that every client should receive the same level of service, whether they are the owner of a brand new luxury home or the tenant of a 'renovators delight'.” He feels that his approachable and friendly manner immediately puts people at ease and ensures that long lasting, genuine client relationships are created and maintained. David takes pride in his ability to offer sound advice to clients about the local property market. Subsequently, he has developed and maintained exceptional business relationships with those clients. As a local resident, Richard is equipped with in-depth local market knowledge and his exceptional negotiation skills are an absolute asset in achieving the highest results for his clients.
