Great Experience with Andrew and the team at Barry Plant Taylor’s Lakes
Andrew had a realistic view of the market in our area and was keen to accept the sales of our house and walk us through the process. If you research your area and the agents and realise realistic expectations on what the value is of your property you are more than 50% of the way there. Considering our expectations were the same as Andrew saw it we were in great hands from the start. Having thought private sale was the way to go, Andrew walked us through the process of an auction and explained things in such a way that it made sense to accept that process and allow Andrew to do his job. Open for inspections were well attended and the communication between Andrew and ourselves was regular and detailed. Down the home straight his knowledge and guidance was invaluable. Obviously having sold at auction was the best result, to go well over reserve was great and Andrew mastered the process as the professional he is. Thanks Andrew, we can never forget the help you gave us and the team you work with has made this whole process seamless and enjoyable. Forget the rest Barry Plant (Taylor’s Lakes) the best. I know this is the end of the line on your part, but, we have made a friend whom we can trust for life. If ever we are in the market again, or we want any advice on property, I would consult with Andrew. Thanks heaps, Barbara & Garrick.

Sash - Delivering a great result!
When deciding to sell our property, we chose to go with Barry Plant for its market share and local area knowledge. Sash, being a local to the Hillside/Taylors Lake area has a very good local knowledge. He was patient, and nothing was ever an issue for him. Even drove to the CBD for our initial discussions, as that was the only time possible for us as clients. Sash gave us a good insight into a market that was difficult, and provided suggestions that was the most suitable and would provide the best outcome for the property. Sash and Tony opened the property for scheduled viewing, but was also available for private viewing at time that suited the buyers. This flexibility gave more opportunities and provided a wide audience. Given the current market, Sasha and Tony did a great job.

Best man in the biz
We have known Andrew for a few years now and what can I say, he is the most passionate, inspired, and hardworking person. He went above and beyond for us right from the get go, and really knew his stuff. He was always so open and honest with us through the whole process and we trusted him with the sale of our home. The end result was even better then we could have imagined and I honestly don’t think that would have happened if it weren’t for all his hard work and dedication. Andrew is such a genuine person and we think of him as a friend and not just our real estate agent. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their home, he will guide you through the whole process and take the stress out of it. You will definitely have something to celebrate at the end.

Best in the Job!

Las came with rave reviews and recommendations and he did not disappoint. Las provided me with regular updates and when the nerves set in, he was able to reassure and talk me through it all. If you’re looking at selling your property, Andrew is your agent! His friendly nature and amazing enthusiasm to get the best possible outcome for the vendor, coupled with his profound knowledge of the local market, makes him the ultimate and unrivalled agent. This was not the first time we called in Andrew’s services, and based on prior performance we did not hesitate to draw on them again. Managing to sell our property well above what we bought it for only 18 months ago AND in the depressed market we are currently in is certainly a great achievement and a shining example of his skills and professionalism.
