We had chosen Andrew 4 years before we even needed to list our property for sale. It took us a very long time to find our new home so when we first started looking we researched and got a few agents from our area to value our property. Andrew stood out from the beginning - and a massive difference to the other agents, he had a good eye for what improvements we could make to the home to maximise our value and he understood we were not going to list within a couple of days so he didn't bug us every other day for a listing but just touched base every few months like an old mate seeing how things were going. Fast forward 4 years and we had a quick look at the other agents around the area again and Andrew was still the best choice (in fact some of the others no longer worked in the industry). Although he appears young, he has worked in the industry for far longer than you would first assume and has a wealth of knowledge both within real estate and of the local area. The sales process is very stressful, especially in a downward trending market, but Andrew always called us each day with an update on how our property was going/any updates or new interest. The other agents at the office will also refer any potential buyers which was good as well (we found Michael was very helpful in this regard for us). I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to sell a property, he is probably the hardest working agent in our area and has an energy and passion for the industry that is unique and will be an absolute asset in achieving the best price you can for your home.

Las went over and above! When I needed him to step up, he did. Week two of the sales campaign and I was in Emergency with my elderly Mum, over the other side of town and couldn’t get home in time to prepare the house for an evening Open For Inspection. I needed to tidy up outside after a strong, North wind day. Las said to focus on Mum and reassured me he would sweep up and have everything looking great ... and he did! What a great support .... AND ... the house sold at Auction! Perfect!

Andrew was very professional in his approach and always polite and friendly. He did show keenness in selling our home from the very beginning and wanted to achieve the best result for us. I found there was lots of positives being raised prior to us entering into the agent's contract of sale, and afterwards, the negatives were starting to outweigh the positives. I don't look at this as a issue with Andrew, but more of a real estate thing that happens in all instances with all agents. This meant that we would reduce our expectations and consider selling our home for less that originally planned. In our instance we didn't end up with a bad result but I know we could have got a little more for our home and probably would have been better off with a private sale rather than an auction. Overall though, Andrew was very approachable and extremely nice to deal with, he kept me up to date with all details and ensured I was understanding of how things were progressing.
