You normally wouldn't write a review about an agent when you're a buyer but my wife and I felt compelled to do so after the outstanding customer service and attention we received from Andrew. We had been looking for a house a few months and we were referred to Andrew by a close friend. The advice we received from Andrew when purchasing our dream home was honest and the level of openness in regards to property condition and value left us feeling comfortable to deal with him only. So much so that although there were other properties on the market that we looked at, we were reluctant to deal those other agents as they really did not show the level of interest Andrew did with us. We finally found our dream home and without his help and sound advice, we may not have secured the purchase. He not only took the time to take us to private inspections after hours but also helped us retreiving information from the vendors in regards to property permits and detailed plans.
