Excellent Result
We chose Sash at Barry Plant for the sale of our home for several reasons. Firstly he provided an upfront and realistic assessment of our home and thorough background on the market conditions and different pockets of our area. Sash was very professional and honest in his approach to securing the business and provided us with all of the options and flexibility to help drive the process from marketing and design, listing price right through to working with us on open inspection times and dates. Right along the way Sash kept us across all communications and provided regular updates on progress of our campaign and was able to secure a fantastic result! I would highly recommend Sash to sell our home again and trust his approach and expertise.

Highly professional, well informed and very communicative

Trustworthy, supportive and highly professional
There was no doubt for us when choosing an agent to sell our home that Andrew would be the one. As potential buyers for over 2 years, Andrew remained in contact, always checking in and sending us links to new properties that suited our needs and wants. Top Agent!
We are wrapped with the service Andrew provided through out our whole campaign! Andrew was always available to speak to and answer any questions we had. His communication was excellent and ability to keep us involved and up to date in everything that was going on along the way was great! Best decision
realestate.com.au let's you see recently sold homes in the suburb and Andrew's stats were far beyond any other agents. From the moment he came and saw the house and got to meet us, I feel like we were always on the same page, gave us all the advice we needed and helped us maximise our result. The stats are definitely true. I wouldn't recommend anybody else.

ONE OF THE BEST
Initially we had seen two agencies before meeting Andrew, but after meeting with him we felt that he presented in a more knowledgeable and confident manner. Our gut feeling was correct because throughout the campaign Andrew was very professional and gave us up to date feedback from all inspections. The end result on Auction Day was beyond our expectations due to Andrew's guidance and we achieved a great outcome. We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone wanting to sell. No.1 Agent for a reason
We can't recommend Las highly enough. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and we've dealt with a lot of agents over the years!! He sets the bar high and from the moment the campaign started (actually two weeks before hand) we knew we had chosen the right agent. During the course of our campaign we were regularly informed of its progression and on auction day were pleasantly surprised with the result - thanks to Las and his team.
