Every phone call was answered (or returned as soon as practicable). Every query or question was actioned as quickly as possible. Every step in the process was explained. In short, Las made us feel like we were the only people he was selling a house for, and that's really hard to do!! To be honest, we do have fairly high expectations of anybody we engage to provide a service for us, but Las met and exceeded all expectations and we were so thankful we chose him to help us sell our home. I have had several dealings with Andrew both as a property buyer and then as a seller. Together with my wife we have found Andrew to be friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the property market. Las was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Right from the beginning when he came to give us an appraisal his estimate was spot on.
