Pleasant & reassuring!
Integrity, consistency and pleasantness come to mind when I reflect on the experience of selling our home with Bernadette Payne & Michael Costa from Barry Plant Taylors Lakes. Right from the very first meeting, Bernadette & Michael provided us with a target range of what they thought our house could sell for along with a detailed explanation of how they would run the 4 week campaign to achieve this on Auction Day. Communication throughout remained consistent and in the final week before Auction, our nerves were calmed by their constant reminders that we had presented our house in excellent condition and the expected interest from prospective buyers had been generated. In other words, together we had done everything possible to achieve or possibly even exceed our targeted range. So, the simple message only days out from Auction Day was "let it run!" The opportunity to witness several other Barry Plant Auctions, also provided us with invaluable insights into what we might expect. To achieve a sale price at the high end of our targeted range was fantastic and we're delighted with the pleasant & reassuring manner in which Bernadette & Michael went about their business in delivering such a great result. Extremely Happy
When Andrew first came to our house, we immediately felt comfortable with him. He always had a friendly smile and he had a sound knowledge of the area and was very dedicated to helping us sell our house. He answered any questions we had and always kept us up to date with any inspections and the feedback that was received. On auction day was there to keep us calm and got us a great result with our house selling for $38,000 above reserve. Rate my agent
Selling your home can be difficult and stressful, I was happy I had sash as my agent his services were top class and I would recommend him to anyone who is selling buying or renting. We worked very well together our communication was great and sash campaign was as good as it gets just look at the numbers, he did everything he could to make it smooth and comfortable for me and get as many buyers come auction day which as we all know brought a great result thanks to sash and Barry plant for there services keep up the great work.
