Andrew proved to be an excellent choice when it came to selling my Hillside property. He has a good knowledge of the suburb and the quoted sale price he provided, was an accurate representation of my properties market value. Andrew was constantly updating me, often daily, about any feedback from potential byers. I found this to be very reassuring as I live interstate, and clear and accurate communication between Andrew, myself, my tenants and potential buyers was vital to me.
