All of his recommendations proved to be correct!
We were originally scheduled for Auction but Dean felt that in the current climate and based on what our property had to offer, reverting to a private sale would get us a better result. Within 1 week of doing this he was able to achieve a price for us that was above our initial expectations! It was an extremely easy process selling with Dean and his team. We highly recommend them!!
