I cannot recommend Ricko highly enough and have no hesitation in suggesting him for any of your real estate needs. Always in communication every step of the way. It is incredible that a house could be sold in just three weeks, even in a slow market, when the importance of an agent is not apparent during a good market.

Chris was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He kept us in the loop at all times and made us aware of our properties advantages in the area and competing properties. He and his team were courteous and punctual. We had weekly meetings to review the campaign.

We were originally scheduled for Auction but Dean felt that in the current climate and based on what our property had to offer, reverting to a private sale would get us a better result. Within 1 week of doing this he was able to achieve a price for us that was above our initial expectations! It was an extremely easy process selling with Dean and his team. We highly recommend them!!

When we first met Chris we were very appreciative of how well he explained the process of selling our home and the suggestions he gave us to market our home to it's best advantage. Once we engaged him to sell our home he kept us well informed throughout the whole process and always responded quickly to any emails or texts. We were very satisfied with his professionalism.
