Daniel assisted with knowledge specific to the Scoresby market when selling our parents home. He had a marketing plan, gave us a plan, had trusted referral partners for cleaning, staging, etc. After each open he would report back within a few hours with information and towards the end, an excellent strategy for the auction. His auctioning skills were very good. We would use him and his team again

Daniel was open and honest about the property, he didn’t play stupid games with me. It was refreshing to have constant communication with him and has team. The overall experience with Daniel was very positive. I trusted him also because he grew up in this area, works and still lives locally. I highly recommend Daniel.

Their expertise in the area and in this business is commendable. His approach is very organic and tailored to the seller’s personality which makes him very easy to communicate with and understand. First sale or seasoned property investor, I don’t think you will be disappointed with such a level of service.

We called at Barry Plant Wantirna for market advice in the area as we were aware that the predominate number of properties for sale in the Wantirna area were signed FOR sale with Barry Plant boards and quickly appeared with 'SOLD' signs indicating the company as the most successful real estate company in the area.  We are delighted to say we really appreciate Chris Hodge's untiring effort, commitment and determination to do his very best to achieve a satisfactory sales outcome for our sales campaign along with his friendly, regular ability to discuss the progress in depth as we went along. Should we decide to sell in the future you will be our only consideration to market our property for us.

He has been incredibly helpful with every step of the way. Very easy to talk to, super quick liaising with the vendor and all the other moving parts, and a true professional. Couldn’t have asked for any other agent for our first time!! Highly recommend!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Ricko Su. He is the best and most reliable real estate agency I have ever used. Our house is a private sale and is open two times a week. We get complete feedback every time. During the whole process of selling the house, he constantly communicated with us and acted very professionally. Thanks again for your hard and warm work.

They had kept in touch with my Grandparents' over the years and when it came time for them to sell they didn't hesitate to sell with Brett and Monica. They guided us on how to present the home and offered some amazing trades to help fix the little things around the house. Communication was going to be key through this process for us, and they delivered in spades. Highly recommend.
