Daniel managed to secure a price which was much higher than I ever expected.
I couldn't recommend Daniel and his team highly enough. Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Great communication and insight into the local area and market. Having seen Daniel operate at various auctions around the area, it was a no-brainer who we would use. From the first inspection we could not have been happier with the way the campaign was conducted. He provided great advise to prepare our property for sale.
