Dean is very professional and responds promptly to queries. He accommodated our special request for a longer house inspection so that we could take measurements, etc. Dean has a very sound knowledge of Ferntree Gully properties. He is very courteous and punctual - always arrives with a smile!

Brendan was always professional and respectful in his dealings. He always had time to listen to our concerns, clearly explained options available without being pushy, was patient with our responses and decisions and constantly kept us informed along the whole journey. His displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience of the industry and the sale process. This is the third home we've sold but the most positive and less stressful experience for us. We had some personal preferences that Brendan and his team were happy to accommodate and work around. I would highly recommend Brendan and his team to sell your home or have a chat about the industry.

I trusted the selling of my home to Chris Hodge, something I have not regretted for a moment. Selling my precious home felt daunting, but I could not have asked for a better agent. From the very start, Chris constantly reassured and directed me. He listened to my concerns and fears. He gave good suggestions, with no pressure. Before auction day he went through all possibilities and probabilities, and on the day, it went like a dream! Hard work and effort, thank you Chris. Without hesitation I have with confidence, recommended my friends who need an agent, to ask for Chris Hodge.
