Dean is an absolute expert when it comes to the Wantirna property market. He knows the area amazingly well. Dean is very professional in his dealings, haven't met a better agent in my 4 years of dealing with estate agents. He is respectful of your needs, and won't push you to go for something that you aren't sure about. Would answer all your questions in the utmost professional way. After signing the contract as well, he was helpful and mindful of our needs. Highly recommend him!!

Chris was so friendly and upfront with us regarding a house we were interested in buying. He helped organise all the inspections in a very limited time frame. He worked so hard to get us into our new home and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Chris.

Chris and Dean’s thorough knowledge of the local market, their communication, responsiveness and honesty with us during the sales campaign was exemplary. We highly recommend them and the team at Barry Plant - thank you!

Chris was very accurate with his market appraisal value. Only one open and the unit was sold in 6 days. He was excellent in his communication with me from first day I contacted him. His advice was noted, he was not pushy at all and I feel very lucky that I chose him and Barry Plant as my agent. I would recommend Chris Hodge to anyone selling property in the Knox area.

I brought a property from Chris in May 2022, he was honest and maintained open communication the whole way through the process and I always knew where I stood. He had a realistic and honest appraisal of what the market was doing at all times and has been super accomodating in further discussions and viewings through the settlement process.
