I found Brendan excellent to deal with. His communication style is clear, he really listens, has a wealth of experience, and is a man of integrity. My personal circumstances were a little different to average (maybe that's the case for everyone!), but Brendan took the time to listen to my needs and priorities, and really took them on board. His advice throughout the whole process of selling was exemplary, and I learnt to rely on it. After every inspection, he always gave me a quick call to update me, which I really appreciated. He is clearly very experienced, and communicates well. Sometimes I found things a little overwhelming, but he made sure I had a clear understanding of where we were at, and the next steps. I learnt I can trust what he says. I would rate him 10 stars if possible, and would certainly recommend him, and I'd be very happy to have him as my agent again if the circumstance arises. You're in good hands with Brendan.
