We had an absolutely trouble free experience with Daniel and the team at Barry Plant. Daniel is always prepared to help and is very professional in the way he conducts himself. Communication and market knowledge is excellent. We are very thankful that we entrusted the sale of our house to Daniel and his team

Daniel was thorough in his advice to us in preparation for sale of my mothers home. He was encouraging and helpful guiding us through the prep process, and professional in his management of negotiation of the sale. I found Daniel to be eager for our ultimate goal, and did attain a price higher than we expected in a downward market. I highly recommend Daniel and his associates.

I found Brendan excellent to deal with. His communication style is clear, he really listens, has a wealth of experience, and is a man of integrity. My personal circumstances were a little different to average (maybe that's the case for everyone!), but Brendan took the time to listen to my needs and priorities, and really took them on board. His advice throughout the whole process of selling was exemplary, and I learnt to rely on it. After every inspection, he always gave me a quick call to update me, which I really appreciated. He is clearly very experienced, and communicates well. Sometimes I found things a little overwhelming, but he made sure I had a clear understanding of where we were at, and the next steps. I learnt I can trust what he says. I would rate him 10 stars if possible, and would certainly recommend him, and I'd be very happy to have him as my agent again if the circumstance arises. You're in good hands with Brendan.

Monica and Brett achieved a fantastic result for us at action, we were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the market and area. They have a relaxed and friendly manner and provided open and honest communication throughout the campaign. Monica’s assistance preparing the house for sale was above our expectations; from help with selling furniture, organising gardeners and trades people to ensuring the house was warm and inviting for the open inspections.

Right from the first time I spoke with Chris and Dean, I was impressed by their authenticity. Chris and Dean said what they were going to do, and they did it. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them. Professional, friendly, and great communicators, I would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to sell their home in our area.
