Daniel was very helpful with advice and contacts for trades people to help get my home ready prior to it being listed. I found him very knowledgeable and experienced, and he always kept me informed during the process. The property was on the market much longer than anticipated due to Covid-19. Auctions and open inspections were banned about 10 days before my auction was to be held in early April. The property eventually sold below the initial expectations I had back in March. Although, my expectations fell over the next couple of months as I felt most buyers were now looking to pay less. In the end the sale price I got was about what I expected under the circumstances. I was happy Daniel was able to sell my property for the price I was hoping to get. Overall, Daniel and his friendly team did a great job under trying conditions.
