We had an excellent experience with Ricko & the team through the whole process. Not only are they so knowledgeable with local property market so he could give us right suggestion ,but also he was so friendly and patiently with the question we had . Ricko was also approachable all the time, so whenever we had problem with property we can find him. The team did fantastic job each week during the inspection. We were informed every week about how the inspection was going. So we know what could we expect . We were new to property market, they helped us with all the information we need to achieve the goals. I was so impressed with your approach on auction day, it was a hot Saturday morning and, yet you show a great enthusiasm on that day. You presented the house and area in a factual informed manner and then set about relaxing the crowd in an entertaining way whilst trying to draw out that elusive first bid. Once you obtained that first bid, we can hear that you worked very hard to help to push the bid higher to the very large crowd that were gathered. You controlled the bidding at your pace yet with firmness. The price moved up slowly at the initial, but you didn’t give up and you knew to keep your eye on the bidders and firmly let them know that one more bid could mean them owning the property. You encouraged them to keep the competition going, pushing them I believe well over what they had originally set out to spend. Even though the final sold price is below our initial asking price due to the overall subdue property market condition, you’re a very skilled auctioneer and I can honestly say I would seek you out to sell my next property. I truly believe that you made a huge difference motivating the buyers on the day. Our decision to appoint Daniel Cripps as the auctioneer for our property has proven to be the right decision.
