We had an excellent experience with Ricko & the team through the whole process. Not only are they so knowledgeable with local property market so he could give us right suggestion ,but also he was so friendly and patiently with the question we had . Ricko was also approachable all the time, so whenever we had problem with property we can find him. The team did fantastic job each week during the inspection. We were informed every week about how the inspection was going. So we know what could we expect . We were new to property market, they helped us with all the information we need to achieve the goals.
