They had great communication, we always knew what was going on. They gave us good feedback from prospective tenants inspecting the place so we knew what needed to be sorted to make the place more rentable in the current weak rental market. They had good processes in place to ensure that there was always a large number of open homes (sometimes 3 per week) as well as tenant followups to make sure we got our property tenanted quickly. A great 'no hassles' experience.
