We have been very happy with Philip Webb for the most part. Letting the property was a well organised process. We received texts and emails whenever a viewing had taken place and also if the viewer was interesting in taking things further. Our rental manager provided lots of information on prospective tenants and made our decision easier. Philip Webb's online reporting for 6 monthly inspections is extremely detailed and easy to access and view. The only small negative was a communication break down several times between the rental manager and service providers. I imagine rental managers receive dozens of calls / requests each day and so this is probably bound to happen from time to time.

This review is specifically re: Sara Conos, as she is really the only one I deal with at Philip Webb. I have been working with Philip Webb's property management group since they were Weston Heath Real Estate, and in that time we have been through A LOT of property managers. Sara is an absolute asset to them. Great to deal with, and our tenants equally like dealing with her. Always ready to go the extra mile in effort, and always positive. Needed a sixth star for this review.
