Great and responsive services
I have engaged Philipweb Property manager since Feb 2020. He has delivered excellent services to get my unit renovated and lease out my unit within less than 1 week! He is responsive to my email requests as well as keeps me informed of the tenant's inquiries.

Great agent
Edward is a great agent to look after my property. He solve the problem on time and contact me ASAP if any problem issured by tenants. Hard working, professional agency!
The Mitcham agency did a great job of finding new tenants once the previous ones had given notice. I think the unit was only empty for a week or two. Seamless from one to the next! Great Work!

Great Agent
When our property was handed to Sky for management it was evident from an early stage that she was willing to do the hard yards to ensure the right outcomes were achieved. She would follow through on all discussions and keep us(owners) updated with the relevant details which builds credibility and trust. Between tenancies she ensured that the property didnt remain vacant for long by being proactive and getting the offline steps planned and organised.

Poor inspections
Inspection without power, didn't go through lights, gas and any electronics and didn't report there was no power during the vacate inspection until new tenants moved in.
