Very Professional
My agent Kylie Pullen is very unflappable and organized. I appreciate knowing someone is on my side and being an advocate for me especially in these challangeing times. She organized tenants who where reconsiderung taking a contract and even was able to keep the rent as agreed, and I was aleast able to get 6 months to help me hopefully get though the hardest 6 month of my life. And hopefully we will all be in a better place soon. None if my tenants have asked for any discounts and I think this is primarily due to the quality of the tenants that have been chosen for me. None of them are trying to make the most of this situation. As the government has made it very easy for landlords to be disadvanted and taken advantage off. Thank-you once again.

Responsible and great agent
Edward is doing a great job in managing my two properties, one in Doncaster and the other one in Boxhill. He had completed well on the checking of the prospective tenants for the recent leasing of the unit in Doncaster. He is also responsive to the tenant’s and landlord’s queries and requests promptly.

I am very happy with the service provided by both Ritchie and Tamara. Both of them are extremely professional, detailed and have kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They definitely are acting on behalf of the landlords and ensure that the vetting of tenants is very thoroughly done. I understand that the tenant is also very happy with the service.
