We were looking for real estate agent to lease out our house. We have a few friends in real estate. Gary came highly recommended to us. We spoke to many real estate agents, but Gary seems to be the only one who could answer all our questions and problems. We were pretty demanding, from the type of tenants we want, the amount of rent we like, the days that the house could be opened for inspection, the date when the tenants can move it, the wordings of the advertisements, etc. Gary was very professional, listened and understood our worry. He accommodated all our needs, explained all the pros and cons to us. He worked out a detailed plan for us. Gary and Semira (our property manager) kept us up to date with the progress. Regular and clear communication and discussion. Day one, advertisement went on line. Day two, first application received. However, not my cup of tea. Gary respected my decision. Day three, another interest, inspected the property, application lodged. Day four, we were provided with details of the potential tenant, including history checking, which we happily accepted. Lease agreement was signed and bond paid on the same day. Day five, advertisement was taken off the internet. All these done before our first scheduled open for inspection, with the price we targeted. The whole process was smooth, quick, easy, efficient. Gary and Semira were very professional, friendly, responsible, detailed to attention, responsive and willing to help. We highly recommend Gary and Semira from Philip Webb Mitcham. In fact, we are going to get them to manage our other property too!

When the tenant at my property at 28/1072 Whitehorse Road gave notice that she was vacating, Maggie Sun began arranging all of the requirements necessary to ensure that the tenant's vacation of the premises was done smoothly and that advertising for a new tenant was put in place. In the meantime Maggie, at my request, organised painting etc. of the flat to freshen it up and make it attractive for a new tenant. All of this was done with a minimum of fuss and a new tenant was found within an acceptable time. Great work.
