Emma Perrier did a fantastic job for renting the 17 Majdal street .She organized even the Tenancies Act before she went on holiday.I was very happy that she did everything so nice and smoothly. I find her , very professional, polite and passionate . I did not like the emails that I received with her name on it.The information in the emails were quite confusing as Emma already had done them. So please try to stop sending those backdated information as it showed that either there was a misunderstanding or lack of communication. I appreciate your emails if there was something urgent while Emma was away.

Philip Webb does SO much more in Managing our investment properties, than merely ....."managing" our investment properties. Their systems and procedures are extremely thorough. But it is the way they care for us as "people" - as friends - that continues to touch us, every single day. If Philip Webb stopped managing properties - likely we would sell our portfolio. We could NEVER use anyone else!!
