We have two properties under the care of Philip Webb for many years now. The person managing our properties have demonstrated his knowledge of the rental market, quick with response to tenants’ requests or reports and acts on our landlord’s instructions promptly. He also offers practical advice on the necessary maintenance needs. Property inspections are done very regularly and has been very useful to put us at ease with the tenants’ care of the property and they report what might need to be attended to in a proactive way. When there is an impending lease termination they are planning early for required advertising etc in order to get the next tenant in ASAP.
